You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your username and password. Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for other online services. Do not share Your login credentials with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under Your account, whether authorized by You or not. If You suspect unauthorized access to Your account, change Your password immediately and contact our customer support team.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation if necessary for verification purposes. Your account may be restricted until verification is completed. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for unverified accounts. KYC verification typically takes 1-24 hours, though during peak periods processing may extend to 48 hours.
If You fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account creation, or if You provide fraudulent, falsified, or misleading documentation, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close Your account and forfeit any remaining balance.
mdg138 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja). Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by Your bank or payment provider.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in Your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If we detect that funds have been deposited from an account not belonging to You, we reserve the right to refund the deposit and close Your account. You must not use mdg138 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or payment method used for Your most recent deposit, unless alternative arrangements have been authorized by our security team. You must wager Your deposited amount at least once before withdrawing funds to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal processing times are typically 15 minutes during business hours (08:00 - 21:00 WIB) and up to 24 hours outside these hours or on Indonesian public holidays.
Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per day. VIP members enjoy higher limits based on their tier level. If You wish to withdraw an amount exceeding these limits, contact our customer support team to arrange a manual withdrawal.
All transactions on mdg138 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If You deposit funds from a foreign currency account, Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.
All bets are binding once confirmed by the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that Your bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types are correct before confirming. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or voided except in cases where the Platform experiences a technical error or the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned according to our sports betting rules.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton, FIM for MotoGP). For football matches, bets are settled on the result at the end of 90 minutes of play plus injury time, unless otherwise specified (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties). If a match is abandoned, postponed, or suspended, bets will be voided unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original kickoff time.
All casino games (slots, live dealer games, table games) are provided by third-party software providers and are governed by their respective rules and RTPs (Return to Player percentages) as published on the Platform. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or disconnection during gameplay, the game round will be completed automatically according to the game's technical specifications, and the result will stand unless the provider determines that a malfunction occurred that affected the outcome.
Unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer, there is no maximum limit on winnings from regular gameplay. However, individual game providers may impose maximum win limits on specific games, which will be displayed in the game rules.

Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. mdg138 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void bets, and confiscate winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, betting patterns designed solely to exploit bonus terms (e.g., hedging bets across multiple accounts or platforms), or any other activity that violates the spirit of the promotion. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts permanently closed.
Our VIP loyalty program offers escalating benefits across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black Diamond. VIP tier status is determined by monthly turnover and is subject to review. Benefits include cashback on losses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, faster withdrawals, higher betting limits, and personalized service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, mdg138's total liability to You for any claims arising from Your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in Your account balance at the time of the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower. We will investigate Your complaint and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. If You are not satisfied with our resolution, You may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution procedures outlined by the relevant licensing authority. You agree to attempt to resolve all disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing any legal action.
You may close Your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, You must withdraw all remaining funds from Your account. Once closed, Your account cannot be reopened except in cases of temporary self-exclusion where the exclusion period has expired.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close Your account without prior notice if You breach these Terms & Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent or illegal activity. In such cases, any remaining account balance may be forfeited, and we may report the matter to relevant authorities.
If Your account remains inactive (no logins or transactions) for 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. We reserve the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on dormant accounts. You will be notified by email before any fees are charged. The account will remain dormant until You log in and reactivate it.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming in Indonesia and international jurisdictions where mdg138 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having authority over mdg138's licensing and operations. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such disputes.
